Appointments

We now offer online scheduling for both well and sick visits with all of our providers. Click on a location or a specific provider to schedule. Once you submit the appointment request, our office will notify you to either confirm the appointment, or to move the appointment to a slot that best meets your child’s needs. Remember that appointments that are scheduled online aren’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.

Online scheduling is not available for evening or weekend appointments. To help provide timely service to our patients, we prefer you call us to schedule these visits. 

If you are late for your appointment, we will try to work you back into the schedule, or perhaps offer an appointment to you with another provider. Out of courtesy to our other patients, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.

Regular well-child visits are one of the best ways to support your child’s health and development. These visits not only help ensure your child is growing and thriving but also give you valuable time to address any questions or concerns about their well-being. Well-child appointments should be scheduled according to the recommended intervals, and we encourage you to call our office at least three months in advance to secure a time with your child’s primary care provider that works best for your family’s schedule.

We strive to offer same-day appointments for sick children whenever possible. Calling our office in advance allows us to prepare for your visit and help reduce your wait time. If a medical emergency occurs during office hours, we will prioritize seeing your child right away or guide you to the appropriate facility to ensure they receive the care they need without delay.
