Appointments
Please call during these office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff.
We now offer online scheduling for both well and sick visits with all of our providers. Schedule at our Haddon Heights or Mullica Hill offices using our online booking. Once you submit an appointment request, our office will notify you to either confirm the appointment, or to move the appointment to a slot that best meets your child’s needs. Remember that appointments that are scheduled online aren’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us.
Evening and weekend appointments cannot be booked online, so we ask that you call our office to schedule these visits for the most efficient service. If you arrive late, we will do our best to fit you back into the schedule or offer an appointment with another available provider. In some cases, we may need to reschedule to ensure fairness to other patients. While we work hard to stay on time, occasional delays can occur. If that happens, we will keep you updated so you can choose to wait, reschedule, or see another provider if one is available.
After Hours Care
Well Visit ScheduleWhen our office is closed, a pediatrician is always available on call to address urgent needs. During evenings and weekends, your call may be handled first by our nurse triage service, which can contact the on-call physician if necessary.
For urgent matters after hours, call the Haddon Heights office at 856-547-7300 and follow the prompts to reach our answering service. If you don’t receive a call back from the doctor or nurse within 20 minutes, please call again.
When possible, check our child health resources. We kindly ask that routine questions—such as those about mild illnesses, appointments, referrals, or prescription refills—be saved for regular office hours.
Emergencies
In the event of a life-threatening emergency—such as loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, or a seizure—call 911 immediately. For minor emergencies, including lacerations, cuts, mild fractures, or sprains, please contact our office first for guidance on the best next steps to ensure your child receives the appropriate care.
