We firmly believe that all children and young adults should receive all of the recommended vaccines according to the schedule published by the American Academy of Pediatrics. We are not accepting new families to our practice who choose to not vaccinate their children.

10-12 years	HPV (Gardasil) (2nd shot: 6-12 months after the first shot)
10-12 years	HPV (Gardasil) ( NOTE: May be given as early as 9 years of age.)
11-12 years	Meningococcal ACWY
11-12 years	Tdap Booster dose is given after 10 years routinely and after 5 years if indicated.
16 years	Meningococcal ACWY
16-18 years	Meningococcal (Men B) Two doses at least six months apart
